TV/Movie Tuesday 12/22 (20)

Tv and Movie Tuesdays consist of upcoming movies and tvs shows that must be seen!

This Week's Movie Is:
The Last Song

Summary:
Based on best-selling novelist Nicholas Sparks' ("A Walk to Remember," "The Notebook") forthcoming novel, "The Last Song" is set in a small Southern beach town where an estranged father (Greg Kinnear) gets a chance to spend the summer with his reluctant teenaged daughter (Miley Cyrus), who'd rather be home in New York. He tries to reconnect with her through the only thing they have in common—music—in a story of family, friendship, secrets and salvation, along with first loves and second chances.

I can't wait to see this! I love Nicholas Sparks!!!!

Sounds good even thought my first reaction, when I only saw that picture was "oh no, Is that Miley Cyrus?". But I guess the movie can be good even though she is in it, I even liked the Hannah Montana movie as a movie. :)

Sounds like a good story but I generally avoid Miley like the plague. haha. The filmed this about 100 miles from where I live, some of my friends are extras in it. =P

I just got this book in, and I can't wait to read it. I love Nic Sparks books, but I have to say ... I was super worried when I first heard he was writing this story with Miley in mind for the movie. Surprisingly, she doesn't look terrible or annoying in it, and I'm actually looking forward to seeing the movie. Thanks for posting this!

Miley tends to make me cringe in general, but I do love Nicholas Sparks. Perhaps it will be a better film adaptation than The Notebook haha here's to hoping!
