Winner Winner

I "forgot" to tell you all that the contest this morning was a quickie giveaway! 90 people entering in one day, thats pretty darn good right!!!

It only took me 45 minutes to tally up total entries! Not too shabby!!!

The winner of the 3 arcs is: Sophief
I will need you to email me within 48 hours to claim your 3 arcs!!!! Otherwise I will draw another winner!!! The remaining arcs will be saved for the contests.

Also, I had some questions. The contests will be the week of April 6th and most of them will take place that following weekend. Will you be coming to enter all the contests that week???

I am also looking for mini challenge ideas, do you have one??? I will be referring back to this post. If you leave an idea, and I use your idea you will get 5 extra entries into one contest of your choice. There will only be a handful of mini challenges so be creative with your idea. An example, is last time, I used the recreate a book image challenge.

If your an author and want to donate an arc, or finished copy for the read a thon, contact me!

Wow that was quick congrats to the winner. I have several ideas for mini challenges, the first requires some physical fitness. Challenge readers to do something physical inbetween chapters, like jumping jacks or pushups. I guess there would be no way to check this other than the honor system.

Or, have people write an introduction for one of the characters in the book they are reading or better yet an ad as if the character was going to apply to an online dating service.

Last one...Have readers create a movie cast from a book they are reading It is fun to see who we visualize for different characters.

For this read-a-thon, can anyone join? or do we all have to donate a book and review or something?

Nope, you don't have to donate. Its basically just a huge bunch of contests here to go with Dewey's 24 hour read a thon.

Wow, what a quick giveaway! I told myself I would enter, but then I ended up forgetting, and now I missed it. Haha. But I'm looking forward for that Read A Thon!

And as for the challenges...how about write a summary (like the ones on the back of books) of their dream novel? And create a cover for it?
Or you could have a comment contest on one post :) That's always fun since I love commenting!

I'll let you know if I have more ideas!
