Summary: They Said It Was An Accident...

Sawyer Dodd is a star athlete, a straight-A student, and the envy of every other girl who wants to date Kevin Anderson. When Kevin dies in a tragic car crash, Sawyer is stunned. Then she opens her locker to find a note:

You're welcome.

Someone saw what he did to her. Someone knows that Sawyer and Kevin weren't the perfect couple they seemed to be. And that someone—a killer—is now shadowing Sawyer's every move..

My Thoughts: What a freaky little novel. It was creepy actually!

We are introduced to Sawyer who was dating Kevin. Kevin was popular and Sawyer wanted to keep him, but he was abusing her, even though nobody knew it. So, when Kevin is killed in a car accident Sawyer is a bit relieved. I think she was sad too, nobody deserves that, but her problems were also relieved.

But, soon after someone starts leaving Sawyer notes. Notes that make her believe they had a part on it. And then people around her start to die. People who have crossed her; treated her bad.

Sawyer doesn’t know who to trust. She has a best friend, and a family. She also has two new guys in her life. I liked both boys for their own personalities. But, throughout the story I wondered which boy would end up to the stalker. One minute, I would think it would be a certain one, and then the next my mind would change!

This was a creepy novel. But I also felt it lacked something. I liked it enough to keep reading and I did finish it. I don’t like not finishing books.

Was I glad with the outcome? I guess so, it threw me off enough.

I didn’t really like Sawyer very much. Just felt a little annoying I suppose.  I kind of just felt this one was really drawn out.

Overall: It was ok. It was a quick read and when I was done, I was happy I finished it. But not one of my favorites of the year. I know, I know I’m not going to love every single book.

If you like mysteries you will probably like this a bit more than me!

Cover: Its alright. I think the darkish feel to it fits.

What I'd Give It:
