Summary:  What is Normal?

For Trevor normal was fast guitar licks, catching game-winning passes and partying all night. Until a car accident leaves Trevor with no band, no teammates and no chance of graduating. It's kinda hard to ace your finals when you've been in a coma. The last thing he needs is stuck-up Everly Jenkins as his new tutor—those beautiful blue eyes catching every last flaw.

For Everly normal was a perfect family around the dinner table, playing piano at Sunday service and sunning by the pool. Until she discovers her whole life is a lie. Now the perfect pastor's daughter is hiding a life-changing secret, one that is slowly tearing her family apart. And spending the summer with notorious flirt Trevor Lewis means her darkest secret could be exposed.

My Thoughts:  I really liked the first novel in this world, Boys Like You a bit better.

In, Some Kind Of Normal we are introduced to the other boy in the car accident. His name is Trevor and he’s been in a coma for a while. He wakes up and his life is a lot different. He has a lot to face. His best friend has a new girlfriend, a serious one.  And Trevor is behind in his classes. He has trouble doing the easiest tasks.  He’s just trying to get by.

Than, there is Everly. Everly is a church girl who comes from a very traditional family, or at least everyone thinks so.

As Everly and Trevor get to know each other better, nobody thought they’d even be remotely interested in each other.

I really enjoyed this one. I liked all the time spent together, doing fun things and studying. This one had romance but also a lot of deeper issues.

I just loved both of these characters alone, and together. I’m happy on the way things turned out between them. I know they had their troubles but I’m glad on the way things actually ended up!

Overall: I wanted to write so much more on this one but I don’t want to ruin all the small special moments by writing about them. Something you need to read yourself. I really loved these characters! Loved Everly’s personality.  Very cute and uplifting story!

Cover: I freaking love it! Its what drew me into this book to begin with! Super cute! And colorful!

What I’d Give It:
